Concealed Dual Door Sensor Switch For Cabinet

A concealed door sensor switch is a hidden automatic control device used for cabinets and wardrobes. It is installed inside the panel, so it remains almost invisible from the outside and keeps the overall appearance clean. Its main features include concealed installation, quick response, energy saving, and long service life. It is widely used in wardrobes, cabinets, hotel rooms, and smart home systems.

Two installation methods.

1. The two sensors must be installed at least 100 mm apart

2. Sensor head drilling size Φ10mm

3. Magnetic head drilling size Φ10mm

4. Fitting the sensor head/magnetic head

5. Align the arrows. Complete the installation.

1.The power supply must be strictly limited to a DC power source of 12–24V. Connection to a domestic 220V AC mains power supply is strictly prohibited.

2.The drilling size for the sensor head and magnetic head must be Φ10 mm to ensure that the two align accurately when the cabinet door is opened and closed. During installation, avoid the thick metal layers within the cabinet to prevent the sensor from malfunctioning.

3.Ensure the cables are properly insulated during the cabling process. Apply cable protection to the sharp edges where the cabinet has been cut to prevent short circuits caused by damaged insulation.

4.Before switching on the power after installation, check that the positive and negative terminals are connected correctly. Connecting them in reverse will prevent the switch from starting up properly. During routine cleaning, do not spray water directly onto the switch or sensor areas.
